Welcome to FlavorPlan. By accessing or using our website at flavorplans.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By placing an order or creating an account with FlavorPlan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
FlavorPlan provides pre-measured seasoning kits paired with weekly meal plans ("Kits"). Kits are sold as subscriptions (7-day, 14-day, or 30-day) or on an à la carte basis. Our Kits contain seasoning packets and recipes only — they do not include protein, produce, or other fresh ingredients, which you purchase separately.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All prices are in USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
Orders placed before the weekly cutoff ship within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. FlavorPlan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@flavorplans.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If your Kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Because our Kits are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (minus shipping).
Subscribers may swap meals in their upcoming box before the cutoff date (3 days before delivery) via the account portal. Swaps are not available after the cutoff. We cannot guarantee availability of all meals at all times.
While we clearly label all seasoning ingredients, our products are manufactured in a facility that processes common allergens. FlavorPlan is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review ingredient lists. Always consult the full ingredient list on the recipe page before ordering if you have food allergies or sensitivities.
By submitting a review or any other content to FlavorPlan, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services and marketing. You represent that you own the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
All content on this website — including recipes, branding, copy, and design — is the property of FlavorPlan and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
FlavorPlan services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlavorPlan's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
